The Gowers assessment unit at the Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy is the only residential epilepsy assessment unit in England. The centre is located at the Epilepsy Society in Buckinghamshire, and has a close partnership with the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology.
The Gowers assessment unit offers an outstanding private electroencephalography (EEG) service including sleep deprived EEG and 24 hour ambulatory EEG.
