The Fitzrovia Suite offers a warm, welcoming and safe environment for you to begin your new or extended family life.
Based in the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing of University College Hospital, just off Euston Road, the Fitzrovia Suite is dedicated to the care of our private maternity patients.
The ward has five private en suite bedrooms, all of which were fully refurbished and modernised in 2022. All room include a TV system, fridge and WiFi. There is also an additional pull-out bed in all rooms, so that your partner can stay during those first few hours or days as a family*.
Patients and their partners are able to choose from our enhanced menu, which includes halal, kosher, vegan and vegetarian options.
The ward also includes two brand new delivery rooms for patients opting for vaginal deliveries.
Tours
We offer tours of The Fitzrovia Private Maternity Suite on Mondays between 1-2pm and 3-4pm, Tuesdays from 10am -1pm and Wednesdays from 10am-1 pm.
During your visit you will have the chance to see one of our postnatal rooms and the delivery suite (if available). You will also get a chance meet some of the team and to ask any questions you might have. The tour will take approximately 30 – 45 minutes.
