Terms and conditions
All-inclusive provider packages:
If you are receiving an all-inclusive package:
- You will receive a written quotation covering the services included.
- Fees for the package are payable directly to UCLH Private Healthcare.
- Any services not included in the package will be charged separately, and we will notify you of these costs wherever reasonably possible.
- Where medical practitioner fees are included in the all-inclusive package, UCLHPH collects these fees on behalf of the medical practitioner. The medical practitioner remains an independent practitioner and is solely responsible for all clinical decisions and outcomes.
